An Immersive Theatre Experience Inspired by Sherlock Holmes

the League

The League is an immersive, interactive, experimental performance. Audience members step into Holmes' shoes and team up with Dr. Watson to investigate recent strange events surrounding a local art gallery. Along the way, they uncover a layered mystery, complete with secret aliases, con artistry, an attempted heist…there’s even a large tree branch.

This tale reimagines one of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s peculiar, lesser-known Sherlock Holmes stories about the bizarre and unusual in everyday life: The Red-Headed League.  Featuring secret identities, hidden passages, and the Encyclopedia Britannica, The League will be presented using a variety of multimedia formats, live and prerecorded, to create a theatrical experience outside the bounds of a traditional theater space.

We are very proud to share that The League is taking place in The Annex of Lundstrum Performing Arts at 210 16th Avenue North in Minneapolis, thanks to a generous space grant.
